If you ordered a pre-order or multiple items, we'll consolidate and ship them together when ready.
Singapore
- Orders below 2kg, dimensions less than 324mm x 229mm x 65mm
- Singpost Tracking +$3.50 (1-2 business days, with tracking)
- Orders below $100
- Local Courier +$5 (2 to 4 business days, with tracking)
- Orders $100 and above
- Free Local Courier (2 to 4 business days, with tracking)
- Self Pick-Up

Please note: our pick-up location has changed this year.
If you'd like to collect your order yourself (Singapore only), select this option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll send you a list of available pick-up slots to choose from, along with the pick-up address. Please confirm your preferred slot within 2 days of that message. Uncollected orders after 5 days will be shipped to you at your own cost.
International Orders
Good news, we now ship to Malaysia! Simply select it at checkout.
Shipping to another country? Email us a list of what you'd like to order, along with your address, and we'll calculate the shipping cost and send you the total.
Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties or customs taxes charged by your country, which we have no control over. For deliveries to the United States specifically, recent customs changes mean duties now apply to all shipments regardless of value.
Returned mail
If your order is returned to us, it is likely due to an incomplete or incorrect address. If that happens, you will need to top up the additional amount to cover the postage and extra work to mail it back to you.
Refunds
At this moment, we do not offer refunds, so do think carefully to avoid any disappointment!
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will see how we can best help.
