Shipping & Returns

COVID-19 UPDATE:
In view of the evolving COVID-19 situation, you may experience delays in your order. 

If you ordered multiple items, all items will be consolidated and shipped together when ready.

Singapore

  • Orders below $30
    • Singpost Normal Mail +$2 (No tracking)
  • Orders below $50
    • Local Courier +$4 (2 to 4 business days, with tracking)
  • Orders $50 and above
    • Free Local Courier (2 to 4 business days, with tracking)
  • Self Pick-Up
    • If you prefer to arrange your own pick up for your order (within Singapore only), please indicate it in the check out and we will inform you when it is ready for collection. Let us know at least 24 hours in advance when you are collecting your items.
    • Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm

International Orders
We are keen to explore international deliveries and are currently working out the best way to do so. If your country is not shown in the check out page, kindly contact us directly with a list of the products you would like to purchase (just a suggestion : screenshot the cart you could not check out!) and we would find the best shipping rates available for you. 

It will be approximately 14 to 21 working days for international deliveries. However, do expect some delays given the current situation. 

You may be charged import duties & custom taxes and unfortunately we have no control over these charges. If you have any questions regarding these charges, please refer to your local delivery service. 

Returned mail
Chances are that if your order package is returned to us it is likely due to an incomplete or incorrect address. If that happens, we will require you to top up the additional amount to cover the postage and additional work to mail it back to you.

Refunds
At this moment we do not offer refunds so do think carefully to avoid any disappointment! 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, do contact us and we will see how best we can help you.
